Garage Heroes In Training Team Drivers
Bill Fischer –Leader of this motley crew. Raced some when younger, not young any more. First car 1984 Firebird. Best/Favorite car: 2019 Mini Cooper JCW. Worst Car: tie 1974 Granada or 2009 Corolla S. Podcast
Vicki Fischer – Solid driver and obviously tolerant of our group craziness. As a self professed “car is a car is a car” girl, she has come a long, long way. She even agreed to be a co-host of our podcast. First car 1974 Pinto. Best/Favorite car: 2015 GTI. Worst Car: seriously? the Pinto. Podcast
Alan Danvers: Always positive and looking to help. Probably our best mechanic and easily most enthusiastic teammate after his first race at Thompson. Alan hosts our podcast with us. Podcast
Liam Fischer – Car guy since he was 3 with his Hot Wheels and Transformers. Can be a good driver when he doesn’t let his head get in the way. First Car: 2017 Toyota 86. Best Car: 2017 Toyota 86. Worst Car: 2017 Toyota 86.
Mia Fischer – Our first driver in training and go-carting wizard (also in training) ever since she went to our first race. Sad to say, we really have to try to beat her now in the go-carts. First car: TBD. Best/Favorite car: 2009 Mini Cooper S. Worst Car: TBD, but hopefully better than the Pinto. Podcast
Cassian Sellier: Always with a smile and full of energy. Now if we could stop the spins and black flags, lol. Cassian graduated last year and is a trained auto mechanic, which is a much needed skill on our team.
Jen Skripchuk: Attended our first race, then stole my car to learn how to drive a stick so she could race in our next race. So far, so good, but please bring your non-expired drivers license with you. First car 1974 Pinto. Best/Favorite car: apparently my stolen M240i, how I miss it. Worst Car: Its got to be the Pinto. Podcast
Casey Clark: Officially she was never here, lol. Learned to drive a stick after our first lemons race. Drove well at her first race in the rain at Thompson CT and then stole “Fantastic Shark” from Jeff in the Three Pedal Mafia.
Jacob Skripchuk: Truly in training as he is alos under legal driving age. Jacob is working on his turns through either snow boarding or go carting. He will be out at the races with us and hopefully on the track soon. Podcast.
Pete Renzulli: An old family friend from college who really got into it once he got a few laps in. Of course those few laps took hours, lol.
Bennett Danvers: Our second driver in training. Can’t get him off the radios or his bike in the pits, but he helps with almost everything and everyone.
Upcoming Drivers for the Atlanta Lemons race in December coming soon!
